  • Shipping & Orders

    Shipping Time: We will dispatch your items by the next business day after your purchase.

    Shipping Methods:

    • For items under $1,000: We ship using Priority USPS.
    • For items over $1,000: We opt for express shipping through USPS, UPS or FedEx.

    Signature Confirmation: Due to the intrinsic value of our products, all orders over $1,000 will require a signature upon delivery.

    Order Tracking: To track the journey of your purchase, you can check your Abbott & Oaks account or the shipping confirmation email we send you.

    Additional Validation: On occasion, to ensure utmost security and quality of service, we might need additional information to validate an order. This could slightly delay the delivery, but it's always with your best interest in mind.

  • Return Policy

    Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Should any piece not meet your expectations, here's our comprehensive return policy:

    30-Day Guarantee: We offer a full refund guarantee for US-based clients. If a piece doesn't resonate with you, simply return it within 30 days of receipt.

    Documentation: Please include all original invoices and accompanying paperwork when returning.

    Condition: Items should be returned in their original state. While pieces modified by Abbott & Oaks are eligible for a refund, those altered externally or showing damage might not be.

    Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, we aim to process refunds within 24 hours to the original mode of payment. Do note, certain payment methods can take between 3-7 days to reflect in your account.

    International Returns: For our international patrons, refunds will cover the purchase price minus customs duties, import fees, and return shipping charges. We recommend labeling your return packages clearly as "returns" to avoid any customs complications.

  • Resizing & Alterations

    At Abbott & Oaks, we're committed to ensuring your jewelry fits perfectly and retains its original beauty. Here's what you should know about our resizing and alteration services:

    Cost: For jewelry items priced over $500, we're pleased to offer complimentary resizing. If your item is priced below $500, there is a resizing fee of $47.

    Size Limitations: While we can resize many pieces, for the best structural integrity of the jewelry, we advise against resizing up or down by more than 3 sizes.

    Other Alterations: Beyond resizing, we can also provide other alterations. Every piece of jewelry is unique, so please contact us with specifics to understand feasibility and potential costs.

    Gemstone Evaluation: Our gemstones are meticulously examined and graded. Typically, they are assessed while set, which means our grading is based on visual evaluations using the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) grading scale. 

    Third-party Reports: While our in-house evaluations are conducted with utmost precision, for a more comprehensive assessment, we may provide reports from trusted independent labs such as GIA, AGL, or EGL upon request or where mentioned.

    Historical and Designer Verification: We don't just evaluate the materials. The history, craftsmanship, and designers behind each jewelry piece are crucial in our verification process. We draw upon extensive references, hallmarks, signatures, and our expansive knowledge base to determine the period, authenticity, and origins of the jewelry.
